About Us
The University Golf Club Business Women was founded in 1986 to provide the opportunity for like-minded women with a keen interest in golf to play in friendly weekly competitions. It provides a great venue for members to socialize and network while honing their skills in this continually challenging game.
The UGC Business Women founded in 1986 began with 9 members and as recorded in the minutes from that year 'it was a busy summer with Expo so that most Saturdays they averaged only five players out on the course'. Today, the club is 66 members strong.
The UGC Business Women have 10 Saturday tee times commencing April to the end of October. During the winter season, November to March, there are 2 tee times available for members to book.
